The meeting was well attended by  representatives of all work packages and project partners, and by the project officer from HaDEA, the Health and Digital Executive Agency of the European Commission, and provided a very good  opportunity to meet each other’s in person and present the work plans and discuss how FOCCUS project will advance and better achieve their objectives. FOCCUS will help to advance and enhance the coastal Copernicus Marine systems and to strengthen the collaboration with Member States coastal systems to provide a better monitoring and forecasting of the coastal regions for a sustainable blue economy and coastal resilience. The meeting also provided the opportunity for finding synergies and collaborations between the different Work Packages to maximize the project outcomes and impact.
